Biosketch:
Emily Frett grew up in the Des Moines area and is currently working towards a PhD in Oceanography. After receiving a B.A. in Chemistry from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, she joined the Cutter lab where she spent 2 months at sea with GEOTRACES collecting samples. Currently, she is working on examining what is producing and consuming dissolved organic sulfur in the Pacific Ocean.
