Unfortunately searching this dataset is difficult and I see numbers all over the place (but usually too low) concerning this dataset. In one expert report for a court case from 2023 the expert claimed that &#8220;There is no record of non-citizens illegally registering or voting in the Heritage Foundation\u2019s database.\u201d  Attached below is a table of all of the cases I have found so far in this database.
