This could take place in class, after class or using an online discussion board.<\/p>\n<p>A sample discussion board prompt would be: Take a few minutes to practice by finding:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10% of 130<\/li>\n<li>60% of 50<\/li>\n<li>70% of 60<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Part 2<\/h3>\n<h4>Getting Ready<\/h4>\n<p>Students should have viewed Part 1 of this exploration and had time to complete the follow-up activity.<\/p>\n<h4>Video<\/h4>\n<p>Students should watch the following video: <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/3NOs3yaxXl0\">Critical Thinking Exploration 4 Part 2 Video<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Follow-up<\/h4>\n<p>After watching the video, students should be given time explore finding percentages of a number ending where the percent ends in a 5 or 0.
