Marketing & Messaging

As Executive Director, I serve as content owner for all marketing collateral including departmental and hub websites and web presences for special grants and projects. It is important to review and investigate opportunities to improve messaging about Academic Success Initiatives (for print and online), for these messages are often the first and only exposure of our programs to the campus community. Simultaneously, as a member of ODU’s Campus Communicators team, it’s important to ensure compliance and consistency with university branding and communication style guides and requirements.

Highlights from 2023-2024

  • Continued to serve as content owner for all departmental and success hub websites
  • Completed full migration of websites into new Drupal web management system
  • Launched ASC (now ASI) Linked In page
  • Launched ASC (now ASI) Quarterly newsletter
