Leadership

As Executive Director, it’s important for me to build positive relationships with staff at all levels – student employees, staff, and faculty. Part of this means providing resources and opportunities for staff to grow in knowledge and in practice. I’m constantly working to find ways staff can showcase expertise/programs, celebrate successes, and develop as a team. In my current role, I do this by improving Marketing & Messaging, Spaces & Places, and Developing Personnel.
