Personnel Development

One of my favorite things to do as a leader, is brainstorm ways to develop and engage staff – summer retreats, staff trainings, etc. I enjoy planning and flexing my creative muscles. Part of this process includes developing learning outcomes that ground the activities I plan. Based on ODU’s customer service standards, employees are professional, ethical, respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, and collaborative.
