Defining and designing functional spaces is an important part of operations. While a physical space is important to have, it’s equally important to create virtual spaces too. Both should be designed specifically for the intentional activities happening within them.
Highlights from 2022-2023
- Reorganized spaces to accommodate for two new staff positions as part of the newly-acquired TRiO McNair Program
- In collaboration with ITS, completed inventory of all ASIS computers, decommissioning dozens of outdated and inoperative machines
- Continued to leverage virtual spaces, like Microsoft Teams, to support ASIS and ASC Operations
- Continued to work collaboratively with ITS for implementation of institution-level chatbot platform and MyODU Portal redesign
