Central to the work I do is leading teams that design, develop, and implement various regional and campus-wide initiatives. Each project or initiative varies in size and scope, but all seek to strengthen student academic success through quality learning experiences and intentional academic support.
Initiative Highlights from 2022-2023
- Successfully sunset Themed Semester “Sustainability” program and initiated plans to expand programming across the whole academic year with Annual Campus Theme (ACT) “Blue Connections”
- Served as Project Reviewer for Innovate Monarchs
- Continued to provide guidance and support for ASIS teams, programs, and operations
- Continued to provide guidance and support for campus-wide initiatives and committees, including the 757 Regional Internship Collaborative, the Sophomore Success Committee, Monarch Task Force on Inclusive Excellence, and the OER Committee.
- Continued to provide expertise and guidance related to improving student transition, self-confidence, and academic skills through comprehensive front desk services, academic coaching, and the development of instructional support resources.
