Each project or initiative varies in size and scope, but all seek to strengthen student academic success through quality learning experiences and intentional academic support.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6595bf\"><strong><strong>Initiative Highlights from 2022-2023<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully sunset&nbsp;<strong>Themed Semester<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8220;Sustainability&#8221; program and initiated plans to expand programming across the whole academic year with&nbsp;<strong>Annual Campus Theme (ACT)<\/strong> &#8220;Blue Connections&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Served as Project Reviewer for <strong>Innovate Monarchs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued to provide guidance and support for ASIS teams, programs, and operations <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued to provide guidance and support for campus-wide initiatives and committees, including the <strong>757 Regional Internship Collaborative<\/strong>, the <strong>Sophomore Success Committee<\/strong>, <strong>Monarch Task Force on Inclusive Excellence<\/strong>, and the <strong>OER Committee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued to provide expertise and guidance related to improving student transition, self-confidence, and academic skills through comprehensive front desk services, academic coaching, and the development of instructional support resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6595bf\"><strong>Team Highlights for 2022-2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\" style=\"font-size:12px\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Academic Initiatives<\/strong><\/td><td>Supported 18 Impact Learning Communities, <em>355 students<\/em><br>Supported 17 faculty teaching Themed Semester courses<br>Successfully recruited new Coordinator for Academic Enrichment Programs position<br>Developed <em>Strategies for Academic Success<\/em> Canvas course<br>Initiated plans for Embedded Tutoring program<br>Continued to coordinate tutoring support services and resources for the campus<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>ePortfolio &amp;
