Part of this process includes developing learning outcomes that ground the activities I plan.  Based on ODU&#8217;s customer service standards,  employees are professional, ethical, respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, and collaborative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#6595bf\"><strong>Highlights from 2022-2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assisted in planning of annual retreat for the Academic Success Center<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued to curate and showcase staff profiles of employees new to the ASC and the building<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued to share resources, information, and trends to ASIS staff for ongoing professional improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognized student employment staff at annual Student Appreciation Luncheon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As hiring manager, completed recruitment for Director of Academic Initiatives and Coordinator of Academic Enrichment Programs positions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onboarded emergency hire for Assistant Director for Academic Readiness Programs position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Served on search committee for Head of the Learning Commons and Coordinator of Diversity and Inclusive Excellence positions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued to share resources, information, and trends to ASIS staff for ongoing professional improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued to support reorganization efforts for successful transition to Academic Success Center:  revised position descriptions, org charts,
