The document was endorsed by Chief of the Army in 2012 and was used as a reference document in Army transformation efforts in 2013-2014.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Concept Development and Experimentation Staff Officer, NATO Allied Command Transformation, Norfolk, VA, August 2007 \u2013 July 2010<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved the civil-military cohesion in operational domains by directing NATO\u2019s Civil Military Fusion Center, led teams functioning across disciplines, which was comprised of civilian and military experts focusing on North East Africa and Afghanistan.
