Launching in Spring 2019, the Fundamental Biomolecules course provides a detailed understanding of the four major classes of organic biological molecules as well as inorganic biological molecules (vitamins & trace minerals).  The course focuses on how these biomolecules relate to everyday life for a diversity of organisms.   This course will additionally emphasize current research and topics in the media as they pertain to biomolecules.
