Welcome to my faculty website.  I am a member of the Department of Political Science and Geography and the Graduate Program in International Studies at Old Dominion University. 

I teach a range of undergraduate and graduate courses in International Relations, International Political Economy, and Comparative Politics. 

My research areas include international development, global governance, foreign assistance, Latin American politics, and Inter-American relations.
