Through the tireless efforts of Champions for Children / Prevent Child Abuse Hampton Roads, The City of Chesapeake Health Department and IN SUPPORT OF CHILDREN student organization at Old Dominion University The City of Chesapeake Health Department has Launched A NO HIT ZONE to emphasize the importance of creating safe environments for children and adults.
