The slides attached here summarize the data analyses I conducted for the state of Kansas as part of my work as an expert witness in Fish v. Kobach. These summarize a range of analyses of the rate of non-citizen registration nationally and in the state of Kansas. All are put into the common metric of the implied number of non-citizen registrants in Kansas based upon the assumption that there are 115,550 adult non-citizens in Kansas. Error bars are included in each graph.
