From time to time in the current political debate people reference the Heritage Foundation dataset in terms of the number of court cases involving non-citizen registration and voting. Unfortunately searching this dataset is difficult and I see numbers all over the place (but usually too low) concerning this dataset. In one expert report for a court case from 2023 the expert claimed that “There is no record of non-citizens illegally registering or voting in the Heritage Foundation’s database.” Attached below is a table of all of the cases I have found so far in this database. If you find others, please let me know so that I can add them to the table.
