When applying for my current position as Associate Director for ePortfolio and Digital Initiatives, I was asked to create a presentation responding to the following prompt:
“As the Associate Director for ePortfolio and Digital Initiatives, part of your role includes supporting students and faculty as they integrate/adopt ePortfolios. However, there are challenges in doing this campus wide. Prepare a 10-15 minute presentation in which you present the challenges with integrating/adopting ePortfolios across the institution, and share your ideas for overcoming them.”
I am sharing the presentation I created, as it encapsulates my strategy for strategically creating a portfolio culture at Old Dominion University.
